Welcome to Selios. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy.

For entertainment and self-reflection only. Selios — including tarot, astrology, numerology, I-Ching, biorhythms, Lotería, compatibility, and the AI companion — is not fact, prediction, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professional. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Selios.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Free tier is available at no cost. Plus and Premium are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your payment method is charged for renewal.
Free trial: if you start a 7-day free trial, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
Managing & cancelling: purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed in your device's account settings and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies. Purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe and managed from your Selios account or by contacting us.
Refunds: except where required by law or a store's policy, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Selios: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; and no use of Selios to provide professional advice to others.

5. Intellectual property

Selios and its content, design, and marks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own reflection. Your journal content remains yours.

6. Disclaimers

Selios is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, reliable, or will produce any particular outcome. You rely on Selios at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selios and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Selios at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, the license in Section 5 ends.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
